We provide information so that the community can protect their right to a healthy
environment through legal means. Our purpose: that everyone enjoys and participates in

Defendiendo el Derecho a un Medio Ambiente Sano, A.C.<\/p>

(DMAS) is a non-governmental, non-profit, and non-partisan organization created in November 2017 in Canc\u00fan, Mexico, under the basic premise of empowering people and communities through actions that promote and defend their right to enjoy a healthy environment for their development and well-being.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We are a group of legal professionals and, above all, citizens convinced of the importance of making available to any individual or community, free of charge, all means of defense and legal precedents for the active defense of their legitimate right to enjoy a healthy environment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
