The infrastructure to contain these is not a requirement as per the current law.<\/p>\n<p>It was so evident that a judge ruled that the Congress must amend this, due to a lawsuit of ours. We worked on a citizens initiative and we need help to reach out to all Quintana Roo\u00b4s citizens to make them aware of the initiative, its importance and how they can support it.
